摘 要:回应晚清以降道统应为中国近代衰落负责等言论,现代道统叙事的历史化以历史论证道统正当性。这既揭示了道统之魅力,也有一定问题。一方面,道统辩护内有关于要严格道统还是泛化道统的争议;另一方面,道统批评者与道统论者在相当程度上互为颠倒,若无道统信仰甚至颠倒之,则从道统论者认定的历史现象出发,也可推出否定道统之论。道统批评的基点是道统为恶,道统辩护的基点是道统为善,包容双方或能探索更整全的道统史。In response to claims like that Daotong was responsible for China’s modern decline since the late Qing,the historicization of modern Daotong narratives justified Daotong by history,which reveals the charm as well as the problems of Daotong.On the one hand,there is a dispute about the defense of whether Daotong should be strict or generalized.On the other hand,people for and against Daotong inverted from each other to a considerable extent.If there is no belief in Daotong or even reversing it,the negative theory can also be introduced from the certain historical phenomenon by people for Daotong.Thought against Daotong regards it evil,while thought for Daotong regards it good.A more complete history of Daotong may be explored by combining both mentioned ideas.
