突发事件中军队医疗机构药品应急保障的思考与实践

摘　　要：突发事件中军队医疗机构应急药品保障取得了明显进步,但仍存在药品应急保障意识不高、药品应急保障亚目录不够精准、药师在医疗支援中作用有待加强等薄弱环节。本文提出了对策建议,包括应急时刻确保药品供应、精准制定个性化保障目录和用量、提高安全合理用药水平、加强研发生产能力储备等,为应对突发事件提供高水平的药学支援。Significant progress has been made in ensuring emergency drug supply in military medical institutions in case of emergency events,but there are still drawbacks such as poor awareness of emergency drug supply,inaccuracy of emergency drug supply sub-catalogues,and the minor role of pharmacists in medical support.The authors of this article proposed countermeasures,including ensuring drug supply in the event of emergencies,accurately formulating personalized guarantee catalogues and dosages,improving safe and rational drug use,and strengthening the reserve of R&D and production capacity so as to provide high-level pharmaceutical support in response to emergencies.
