信息化药品货位码在某院住院药房管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的建立住院药房信息化药品货位码系统,评价信息化货位码的应用对药房药品调剂质量的改善效果。方法将药品进行分类管理,每个药品编制唯一的药品货位码,优化摆药单排序规则。比较应用货位码前后住院药房工作效率、盘点完成时间、护士满意度。结果使用药品货位码后,(1)科室平均发药完成时间(不含打包配送)由(12.55±3.52)min缩短为(9.05±2.94)min(P<0.05);发药步行距离由(15.98±8.22)m缩短为(12.73±6.38)m(P<0.05)。(2)药品盘点完成时间由240 min缩短为120 min(P<0.05)。(3)护士满意度提高至58.6%(P<0.05)。结论信息化药品货位码应用后,科室平均发药完成时间、药品盘点完成时间等指标均优于之前,提高了护士满意度。Objective To establish an informatized drug location code system in an inpatient pharmacy and assess the extent to which such codes can improve drug dispensing quality in a pharmacy.Methods The drugs were categorized,a unique drug location code was compiled for each drug,and the rules for the order in which drugs were distributed was optimized.The work efficiency,time taken to check the inventory and nurses'levels of satisfaction before and after the adoption of the location codes were compared.Results After the adoption of the drug location code,(1)the average time taken by drug delivery(excluding packaging and distribution)was shortened from(12.55±3.52)min to(9.05±2.94)min(P<0.05).The walking distance of drug delivery was shortened from(15.98±8.22)m to(12.73±6.38)m(P<0.05).(2)The time taken to check the drug inventory was shortened from 240 min to 120 min(P<0.05).(3)Nurses'satisfaction increased from 58.6%(P<0.05).Conclusion After the application of informatized drug location codes,the average time taken to complete drug delivery and to check drug inventory has been shortened,which improves nurses'levels of satisfaction.
