摘　　要：钠-葡萄糖转运蛋白2抑制剂作为一种新型的口服降糖药物,不仅能降低血糖,还能影响人体血尿酸的代谢。本文综述了近年来各种钠-葡萄糖转运蛋白2抑制剂对2型糖尿病患者血尿酸影响的相关研究,并总结了钠-葡萄糖转运蛋白2抑制剂降尿酸的可能机制。As a new oral hypoglycemic drug,sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors can not only lower blood glucose,but also improve the metabolism of uric acid.This article reviews the effects of various sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors on serum uric acid in patients with type 2 diabetes in recent years.In addition,the possible mechanisms of this action of sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors are summarized.
