摘  要:为考察肥料中硝态氮含量对设施小白菜生长发育的影响,开展了田间小区试验。试验共设6个处理,以不施硝态氮的处理为对照(CK),T1~T5处理所施肥料中的硝态氮占总氮量分别为2%、4%、6%、8%、10%,测定小白菜移栽后第10天、第20天、第30天时的株高、叶长、叶宽、叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)、地上部鲜质量。结果表明:T1处理对小白菜的上述指标有促进作用;继续提高硝态氮含量,对小白菜的生长发育有抑制作用。In order to investigate the effect of nitrate nitrogen content in fertilizers on growth and development of greenhouse pakchoi,a field plot experiment is carried out.Total six treatments are set up in the experiment,with the treatment without applying nitrate nitrogen as a control(CK).The proportion of nitrate nitrogen in the fertilizer applied in T1-T5 treatments accounts for 2%,4%,6%,8%,and 10% of the total nitrogen,respectively.The plant height,leaf length,leaf width,relative content of leaf chlorophyll(SPAD value),and aboveground fresh weight of pakchoi are measured on the 10th,20th,and 30th day after transplantation.The results show that T1 treatment has a promoting effect on the above indicators of pakchoi and continuing to increase the nitrate nitrogen content has an inhibitory effect on the growth and development of pakchoi.
