摘 要:振冲碎石桩在加固软弱地基方面有其独特的优势,主要用于提高地基土的承载力和变形模量、减少地基土的沉降等。但是,由于诸如桩径控制严格、用水限制、环保要求等原因,该施工工艺经常受到一定的限制。针对水冲法振冲碎石桩施工在软弱土层中成桩直径过大、产生大量泥浆等问题,采取改进振冲设备、优化施工工艺等措施实现振冲干法施工,提高了施工效率,节约了造价,达到了预期的提高承载力的目的,具有一定的经济效益和应用推广价值。依托具体工程实例,说明了干法振冲碎石桩工艺在软弱松散土层中加固的可行性,为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。Vibroflotation gravel piles have unique advantages in reinforcing weak foundation,are mainly used to improve the bearing capacity and deformation modulus of foundation soil,reduce the settlement of foundation soil,However,this construction process is often subject to strict control of pile diameter,water usage restrictions and environmental requirements.In response to such problems as large pile diameter and a great amount of mud generated while applying water-flushing vibroflotation gravel piles in weak soil layer,the relevant equipment and technology are improved to achieve dry vibroflotation,which raises efficiency,reduces costs,accomplishes the expected objective,i.e.increased bearing capacity,has certain economic benefits and application value.In addition,some specific engineering examples are cited to illustrate the feasibility of the above technology for reinforcing weak loose soil layer,which will provide a reference for similar projects.
