摘  要:深中通道伶仃洋大桥锚碇为海中最大重力式锚碇。锚固体系为多股成品索预应力锚固系统。锚体施工面临高盐高湿环境中大体积混凝土施工、锚体外形形状不规则、预应力管道数量多且精度要求高的困难。经过方案比选、混凝土配合比优化和加强混凝土施工控制,生产出低水化热、低收缩混凝土,并添加石灰石粉和纤维保证混凝土持续水化能力和早期抗拉强度,满足混凝土强度和控裂的需求;采用钢管支架和挂架模板进行模板施工,满足大高度异形模板施工的需求;根据预应力锚固体系设计定位支架施工保证施工精度。The anchorage of Lingdingyang Bridge of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Passage is the largest offshore gravity anchorage.Based on a prestress anchoring system comprising of multi-strand cables,a variety of difficulties have to be solved in anchor construction,including mass concrete constructed in high-salt and high-humidity environment,irregular anchor shapes,a large number of prestress pipelines with high accuracy requirements.Relevant plans are compared before selection.The combination of optimized concrete mix ratio and strict control of concrete construction leads to the concrete with low hydration heat and contraction ratio,limestone powder and fiber are added into concrete to ensure its continuous hydration capacity and early-stage tensile strength,and meet the needs of concrete strength and crack control.Steel pipe bracket and pylon formwork are used to construct higher irregular-shaped formworks.Prestressed anchoring system is applied to design and position the brackets,and maintain the construction accuracy.
