摘  要:为评价拉萨河下游水质健康状况,2017年11月、2018年2月、6月和9月对拉萨河下游开展周丛藻类群落结构周年调查,构建适用于拉萨河下游周丛藻类生物完整性指数评价体系(P-IBI)。研究采用3分制法、4分制法和比值法评价研究区河流健康状况,结果显示较明显的季节差异性。2月份(冬季)评价结果与样点性质(参考点或污染点)存在较大差异,所有样点基本处于“亚健康”至“较差”过渡状态;其他3个季节的评价结果基本一致;墨竹工卡县阿朗乡和扎雪乡为健康状态,尼玛江热乡处于“健康”至“亚健康”过渡状态,墨竹工卡镇基本处于“亚健康”状态,达孜区、拉萨市处于“一般”至“较差”过渡状态;曲水县除2月份评价结果为“较差”外,其他季节均为“健康”状态。根据冗余分析显示,3种河流健康评价方法相互呈正相关,其中4分制法和比值法呈极显著正相关。全年P-IBI与环境因子的相关性存在较明显的季节差异性,11月份总氮(TN)与P-IBI呈显著正相关;9月份和11月份流速(WV)与P-IBI呈显著负相关;2月份和6月份水温(WT)和电导率(EC)与P-IBI呈显著负相关。In order to evaluate the health status in the lower reaches of Lhasa River,an annual survey of periphytic algae community structure was carried out in November 2017,and in February,June and September 2018 to establish a periphytic algaebiological integrity index evaluation system(P-IBI) applicable to the around Lhasa River,as well as the health status of lower reaches of Lhasa River was evaluated with using 3-point system,4-point system and ratio method.The results showed that there is a significant difference seasonally.The evaluation results in February(winter) were quite different from the nature of the sample points(reference points or pollution points)and all sample points are basically in the transition from sub-health to poor health.The evaluation results of the other three seasons were basically consistent.The lower reaches of Alang township and Zhaxue township areas is in a healthy state,and Nimajiangre township is in a transition state from "healthy" to "subhealth".The lower reache of Mozhugongka county area is basically in a "sub-health" state.The lowerreach of Dazi county and Lhasa city areas are in the transition state from "normal" to "poor",and Qushui county is in a "healthy" state in all seasons except for the "poor health " status in February.According to the redundancy analysis,three river health evaluating methods are positively correlated each other,in which the 4-point system method was highly correlated with ratio method positively.There is a significant seasonal difference in the correlation between P-IBI and environmental factors through out the year.Total Nitrogen(TN) and P-IBI have significant positive correlation in November.The water Velocity(WV) was negatively correlated with P-IBI in September and November.Water temperature(WT) and electrical conductivity(EC) were significantly correlated with P-IBI negatively in February and June.
