摘　　要：针对LNG工艺管道DR在线检测的有效性和适用范围问题,制作含有典型缺陷的管道试样。在不同工况下,分别对试样进行DR检测试验,研究不同工况条件下缺陷的检出情况、对图像质量的影响。试验结果表明,不同工况下,体积型缺陷均可检出;面积型缺陷一定条件下可以检出。LNG工艺管道采用DR在线检测具有可行性,但随着管径的增加,图像质量不能满足标准要求。建议适时修订标准,提出适用于LNG工艺管道在线DR检测的技术要求。In view of the effectiveness and scope of online DR testing of LNG process pipelines,pipeline samples containing typical defects were prepared.Under different working conditions,DR testing was carried out on the samples respectively.The influence of defect detection on image quality under different working conditions is studied.The test results show that the volumetric defects can be detected under different working conditions.Area defects can be detected under certain conditions.It is feasible to use DR for on-line detection of LNG process pipeline,but with the increase of pipe diameter,image quality can not meet the standard requirements.It is suggested to revise the standard timely and put forward the technical requirements suitable for on-line DR testing of LNG process pipelines.
