摘  要:通过优化4130X的成分,适当提高Cr和Mo的含量,降低Si和Mn的含量,添加0.04%~0.10%的V,控制V/N之比大于4:1,开发了气瓶用无缝钢管材料4130DX,研究了V的碳氮化物的析出强化和细晶强化对材料强度、塑性和韧性的影响,通过对比试验验证了新开发的4130DX材料在较高的强度下仍具有较高的塑性和韧性、良好的抗疲劳性能和抗硫化氢应力腐蚀(SSC)性能,可用于制造高强度气瓶。By optimizing the composition of 4130X,appropriately increasing the content of Cr and Mo,reducing the content of Si and Mn,adding 0.04%~0.10%V and controlling the V/N ratio greater than 4:1,seamless steel pipe material 4130DX was developed for gas cylinder production.The effects of precipitation strengthening and fine grain strengthening of V carbide/nitride on the strength,plasticity and toughness of the material were studied.Through comparative tests,it is verified that the new 4130DX material has high plasticity,toughness and good resistance to hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion(SSC)under high strength level,and can be used to manufacture highstrength gas cylinders.
