摘　　要：目的通过对重大自然灾害事件中医疗急救调度指挥工作的分析,探讨如何做好突发事件医疗急救的调度指挥,并为整体紧急救援工作提供借鉴和参考。方法对受灾严重的房山区和门头沟区呼叫量、电话受理及调派情况进行分析总结,明确突发事件下给医疗急救调度指挥工作带来的影响及压力。结果房山区、门头沟区在汛期电话呼入量及呼出量较2022年同期明显增长,门头沟区电话呼出量最高增长361.50%。调度员受理时长明显增加,增长率分别为181.44%及111.19%。涉汛非直接派车突发事件数量占比较去年有明显增加,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两区域涉汛突发事件中给予呼救者心理疏导比例分别为21.74%及35.00%,院前急救车组力量不足且独立调度指挥能力有限。结论重大突发事件中医疗急救调度指挥工作面临着诸多压力和挑战,应提前筹划,快速响应,充分发挥调度指挥中心应对突发事件的优势特点,及时梳理总结经验,为人民群众安全健康保驾护航。Objective Through the analysis of medical emergency dispatch command work during major natural disaster events,this study explores how to effectively manage and coordinate emergency medical responses in sudden events,providing references and insights for overall emergency rescue operations.Methods To analyze and summarize the call volume,telephone reception and dispatch situation of the severely-hit Fangshan District and Mentougou District,and to identify the impact and pressure on the medical emergency dispatch and command work.Results Fangshan District,Mentougou District experienced a significant increase in phone call volume and outgoing calls during the flood season compared to the same period in 2022 with the highest volume of outgoing calls in Mentougou District increasing by 361.50%.The dispatcher's processing time increased obviously,the growth rate was 181.44%and 111.19%respectively.Compared with last year,the number of non-direct vehicle dispatch emergencies in flood season increased significantly,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The proportion of psychological counseling to the callers was 21.74%and 35.00%in the two regions,respectively.The pre-hospital ambulance team was insufficient and the ability of independent dispatch and command was limited.Conclusion Medical emergency dispatch command work during major sudden events is faced various pressures and challenges It is necessary to plan in advance,respond quickly,fully leverage the advantages of dispatch command centers in handling sudden events,and timely summarize experiences to ensure the safety and health of the people.
