摘　　要：目的建立军队护理人员灾害应急医学救援综合能力评价指标体系。方法采用文献回顾和小组讨论的方法,初步拟定指标体系框架和函询问卷,使用德尔菲专家函询的方法,邀请11名相关领域的专家对拟定的指标体系进行两轮问卷咨询,对专家意见进行综合,修改指标内容并得出指标权重。结果最终构建的指标体系共包含7个一级指标,21个二级指标,56个三级指标。两轮专家函询有效问卷回收率100%,专家的权威系数分别为0.80、0.85,肯德尔系数分别为0.228、0.239。结论该指标体系的构建过程科学合理,内容具有针对性,对军队护理人员应急医学救援综合能力的培养具有指导意义。Objective To construct the index system of comprehensive capability evaluation on emergency medical rescue among military nurses.Methods Based on the literature review and group discussion,the index system and the letter inquiry questionnaire were primarily developed.11 professional experts from related academic fields were invited to evaluate the system and provide suggestions.Through two rounds of questionnaire consultation,the content of the index system was modified by summarizing expert opinions,and the index weight was calculated.Results The final index system consists of seven first-level indicators,21 second-level indicators and 56 third-level indicators.The recovery rate of the valid questionnaire in two rounds of expert letter inquiry was 100%,the authority coefficient of experts was 0.80,0.85,and the Kendall coefficient was 0.228,0.239.Conclusion The construction process of the index system is scientific and reasonable,and the content is targeted,which has guiding significance for the cultivation of the comprehensive emergency rescue ability of military nursing personnel.
