摘 要:饮用水水源保护区是政府和相关部门保护水源地的主要依据,保护区划分对保障城市饮用水安全和防治水污染具有重要意义。因具备水量稳定、管理成本相对低等优点,水库型水源地数量不断增加。以A市梯级水库型水源地为例,分别以水库I的实际取水口和水库Ⅱ的虚拟取水口(排水闸)为基点,根据水源地现状和《饮用水水源保护区划分技术规范》(HJ 338-2018)相关要求划定了保护区划分方案一和划分方案二,从经济发展、污染防治和风险防控等角度比选了2个划分方案,最终推荐污染防治和风险防控更优的方案二。该研究可为其他城市类似集中式饮用水水源地保护区划定工作提供思路和方法借鉴。Protection areas is chief basis for governments at all levels and relevant departments to protect water sources.Delineating source water protection areas is very important for ensuring the safety and preventing the pollution of urban drinking water.Due to the advantages of stably water volume and relatively low management costs,the number of reservoir water sources is constantly increasing.This paper takes a cascade reservoirs water source in City A as an example.According to the current situation and the relevant requirements of Technical Guideline for Delineating Source Water Protection Areas(HJ 338-2018),two plans based on the actual water intake of Reservoir I and the virtual water intake(sluice)of Reservoir II are delineated.Then the plans based on the impact on economic development,pollution prevention and risk management are compared.The second plan is finally recommended.This research can provide ideas and methods for the similar centralized drinking water source to delineate protection areas.
