摘 要:以垃圾渗滤液纳滤与反渗透浓缩液为处理对象,采用电解工艺预处理纳滤浓缩液,考察在不同电解工况下的COD去除效果,确定最佳电解预处理参数;采用A/O-MBR工艺,以30 g/L氯化钠驯化的污泥为种污泥,电解处理的纳滤与反渗透浓缩液混合液为处理对象,考察不同电解处理纳滤与反渗透浓缩液混合比进水运行期间的COD、氨氮与总氮去除效果。结果表明,纳滤浓缩液的最佳电解处理条件为1 cm极板间距、10 mA/cm^(2)电流密度、2 h反应时间,COD和盐度去除率分别为65%~75%和24%。A/O-MBR运行实验中发现,进水中电解处理纳滤与反渗透浓缩液的混合比不超过1∶1时,氨氮与总氮去除率分别在92%及86%以上,混合比在2∶1以上时,氨氮与总氮去除率分别降至50%及60%左右。进水电解处理纳滤与反渗透浓缩液的混合比对COD去除率的影响不明显。The nanofiltration(NF)and reverse osmosis(RO)concentrated landfill leachate was pretreated by electrolytic process.The COD removal effect of nanofiltration concentrate under different electrolytic conditions was investigated and the optimal parameters of electrolytic pretreatment were determined.The AO-MBR process was adopted,the salinity acclimated sludge with tolerance of 30 mg/L NaCl was incubated as seed sludge,the electrolytic treated NF and RO concentrated liquid mixture was used as the treatment object,and the removal efficiencies of COD,ammonia and total nitrogen were investigated.The result indicated that under the optimum electrolysis conditions of treatment time of 2 hours,current density of 10 mA/cm^(2),and inter-electrode distance of 1 cm,the removal efficiency of COD and salinity were 65%-75%and 24%,respectively.When the mixing ratio of electrolytic treated NF and RO concentrate in influent was less than 1∶1,the removal efficiencies of ammonia and total nitrogen were above 92%and 86%,respectively.But those efficiencies decreased to 50%and 60%when the mixing ratio was above 2∶1.It was found that the mixing ratios of electrolysis of NF and RO concentrate in influent did not affect the removal efficiency of COD significantly.
