摘  要:箱体作为隔爆执行机构的关键物料,其隔爆面变形要求严格,必须满足隔爆标准要求;大多数隔爆产品设计及结构优化时主要考虑的是爆炸试验后的变形情况,对爆炸试验过程中隔爆面的变形研究较少。针对这个问题,该文利用SolidWorks Simulation对隔爆执行机构箱体试验过程中和试验后两个工况下的隔爆面变形进行分析研究,通过研究爆炸过程中隔爆面的变形情况,了解实际变形情况并进行分析和结构优化设计。最后通过优化前后的仿真分析结果和试验数据对比,论证此优化方案的可行性和有效性。该方法为类似隔爆壳体类零件的结构设计提供新的思路。As the key material of the flameproof actuator,the box body has strict deformation requirements for the flameproof surface,and needs to meet the flameproof standard requirements.Most flameproof product designs and structural optimization mainly consider the deformation after explosion testing,but there is little reserach on the deformation of the flameproof surface during explosion testing.In response to this problem,this paper uses SolidWorks Simulation to analyze and study the deformation of the flameproof surface during and after the test of the flameproof actuator box,study the deformation of the flameproof surface during the explosion process,analyze and design the structure according to the actual deformation,compare the simulation analysis results and test data before and after optimization,demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the ratio optimization scheme.It would provide new ideas for the structural design of the similar flameproof shell parts.
