摘 要:针对传统轨迹生成方法存在效果差的问题,提出基于多点切触的数控机床加工刀位轨迹生成方法。以多点切触的刀位轨迹生成基本原理为基础,确定多点切触加工的几何变换情况,引入B样条插值法实现对数控机床加工刀位轨迹生成。实验结果表明,改进方法可有效降低误差情况,增加刀位点数量,轨迹生成效果较好,具有一定的优势。In response to the problem of poor performance in traditional trajectory generation methods,a multipoint contact-based tool path generation method for CNC machine tool machining is proposed in this paper.Based on the basic principle of generating tool path for multi-point contact machining,the geometric transformation of multi-point contact machining is determined,and the B-spline interpolation method is introduced to generate tool path for the CNC machine tool machining.The experimental results show that using the improved method can effectively reduce the error situation,with a large number of cutting points and good results,which has certain advantages.
