摘　　要：文章介绍了剪切闸板的结构及类型,给出了剪切闸板防喷器的工作原理和剪切机理,指出了剪切闸板防喷器组配套在安装时存在的问题并分析了存在风险。同时,探讨了如何充分发挥电泵的补压作用以及用气泵制备超高压液压油的操作要领。为实施油气井压力控制、保证作业的实践应用提供了技术支持。In this article,the structure and types of the shear ram are introduced,the working principle and shearing mechanism of shear brake BOP are given.Based on the recommended types of the BOP stack with shear ram,the existing problems of the supporting equipment of the BOP stack with the shear ram are listed,and risks of the lack of the supporting equipment are analyzed;The operating essentials of preparing ultra-high pressure hydraulic oil with gas pump through making good use of the electronic pump are discussed.It provides technical support for implementing the well control and ensuring the practical application of operations.
