摘　　要：为探究卷制工序工艺参数对中支卷烟物理质量的影响,通过对比和单因素方差分析烟支单支质量(重量)、平准器规格、梗签剔除量、回丝量、大风机风压等参数对中支卷烟常规物理指标及稳定性的影响.结果表明:烟支单支质量(重量)为0.66 g,平准器规格为3.0 mm×22.0 mm,梗签剔除量为80 g/min,回丝量为30%左右,大风机风压为-80~-90 mbar时,中支卷烟单支质量(重量)、吸阻稳定较好,空头率较低,烟支密度稳定较好,烟支密度轴向分布一致性较好.对于不同规格的卷烟加工过程,卷制工艺参数存在着相通且可借鉴的可能,同时由于规格的本质差异,卷制工艺参数也存在着显著区别.In order to explore the impact of processing parameters in the cigarette making process on the physical quality of medium-sized cigarettes,the effects of parameters such as the weight of a single cigarette,the specifications of the leveler,the amount of stem removed,the quantity of cutting tobacco rolling back,and the wind pressure of a large fan on the conventional physical indicators and stability of medium-sized cigarettes were analyzed by comparison and single factor variance analysis.The results show that:The mass of a single cigarette is 0.66 g,and the specifications of the leveler are 3.0 mm×When the diameter is 22.0 mm,the quantity of cutting back is 80 g/min,the wire return amount is about 30%,and the air pressure of the large fan is-80—-90 mbar,the single cigarette quality and suction resistance of the medium cigarette are stable,the short end rate is low,the cigarette density is stable,and the axial distribution of cigarette density is consistent.For the processing of different specifications of cigarettes,there is a possibility of similarity and reference in the rolling process parameters.At the same time,due to the essential differences in specifications,there are also significant differences in the rolling process parameters.
