引种水晶冰菜氨基酸种类及无机元素成分分析

摘　　要：为了解引种水晶冰菜中所含氨基酸种类和无机元素的分布情况,采用德国Sykam S-433D全自动氨基酸分析仪和电感耦合等离子体-质谱(ICP-MS)法对引种水晶冰菜中氨基酸和无机元素进行了分析研究.结果表明,云南引种冰菜氨基酸成分含量>0.090 mg/g,含有较为丰富的氨基酸成分.并且快速测定了24种无机元素成分含量为12.709 mg/g.有害重金属元素As、Pb、Hg、Cd含量均≤0.06 mg/kg.In order to understand the distribution of amino acid types and inorganic elements in the introduced crystal cabbage,the amino acids and inorganic elements in the introduced crystal cabbage were investigated using a fully automated amino acid analyzer and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with a Sykam S-433D from Germany.The results showed that the amino acid content of Yunnan introduced Mesembryanthemum crystallinum Linn.was higher than 0.090 mg/g,which was rich in amino acid chemical components.The content of 24 inorganic elements was also determined at 12.709 mg/g.Harmful heavy metal elements As,Pb,Hg,Cd content are≤0.06 mg/kg.
