危险废物贮存污染控制标准(GB18597-2023)对电解铝企业的影响研究

摘　　要：分析解读《危险废物贮存污染控制标准》(GB18597-2023),通过对比得出新老标准间的差异,并分析了新标准的实行对于电解铝企业的影响。电解铝企业应根据新标准要求及时做好自查,核实危险废物贮存设施选址的合理性以及污染控制措施的符合性,关注贮存点危险废物的实时贮存量。同时还应及时更换新样式的危险废物识别标志,对危险废物进行信息化管理,将危险废物贮存设施的环境监测和环境应急管理纳入全厂环境监测及应急管理工作中。This paper analyzes and interprets standard for pollution control on hazardous waste storage(GB18597-2023),demonstrates differences between the new and old standards,analyzes the impact of the implementation of the new standard on electrolytic aluminum enterprises.In compliance with requirements of the new standard,electrolytic aluminum enterprises should carry out self-inspection work in time,verify the rationality of the location of hazardous waste storage facilities and the conformity of pollution control measures,pay attention to the real-time storage amount of hazardous waste in storage point.At the same time,the new type of hazardous waste identification mark should be replaced in time,the information management of hazardous waste should be carried out,and the environmental monitoring and environmental emergency management of hazardous waste storage facilities should be included in the environmental monitoring and emergency management of the whole plant.
