摘　　要：本文作者对非晶合金闭口立体卷铁心变压器的技术特征、设计方法及生产制造流程进行了详细介绍,并从计算和试验两方面验证了非晶合金闭口立体卷铁心变压器的抗突发短路能力。结果表明,非晶合金闭口立体卷铁心变压器具有性能优异,运行可靠的特点。This article briefly introduces the technical characteristics of amorphous alloy closed tridimensional wound-core Transformers,and provides a detailed introduction to the design method and production process of amorphous alloy closed tridimensional wound-core transformers.It also verifies the anti sudden short circuit ability of amorphous alloy closed tridimensional wound-core transformers from both calculation and experiment aspects,indicating that amorphous alloy closed tridimensional wound-core transformers have excellent performance and reliable operation.
