摘  要:串级电流互感器是利用两级或多级的电磁感应结构,将超高电压或特大一次电流变换成合适的中间电压和中间电流,经过两级或多级变换,将中间电压和中间电流变换成低压标准小电流;是针对超高压油纸电容屏绝缘电流互感器较厚绝缘的包扎和干燥处理困难、220kV及以上电压等级合成薄膜绝缘电流互感器易发生滑屏事故而难以制作等问题的一种解决方案。关于串级式电流互感器的设计及误差计算方法,当前设计手册和技术资料中较少涉及,本文作者利用原理图、等效电路及相量图对两串级三个二次绕组电磁式电流互感器的工作原理进行了详细分析,推导出了误差计算公式,并给出了设计实例和试验验证。对串级式电流互感器的设计及误差计算具有指导意义。Cascade current transformer is the use of two or multistage electromagnetic induction structure,convert the ultra-high voltage or extra large primary current into a suitable intermediate voltage and current,after two or multistage transformation,the intermediate voltage and current converted into a low voltage standard current.It is another solution to the problems such as the difficulty of wrapping and drying the thick insulation of the ultra-high voltage oil-paper capacitor screen insulated current transformer,and the difficulty of making the synthetic film insulated current transformer with voltage grade of 220kV and above.The design and error calculation method of cascade current transformer are seldom mentioned in the design manual and technical data.In this paper,the working principle of two-cascade electromagnetic current transformer with three secondary windings is analyzed in detail by using principle diagram,equivalent circuit and vector diagram.And the error calculation formula is derived.The author also gives a design example and test verification.It is of guiding significance to the design and error calculation of cascade current transformer.
