摘 要:针对河南某地区煤下高硫铝土矿进行脱硫试验研究,该矿石平均硫含量5.15%,平均A/S 5.07;主要有用矿物为一水硬铝石和一水软铝石;脉石矿物为高岭石、绿泥石和伊利石,矿石中的硫以黄铁矿的形态存在。本研究进行了磨矿细度、浮选矿浆pH值、药剂用量、预先脱泥等试验研究,得出了最佳工艺条件:磨矿细度为-0.075 mm占比75%、预先脱泥后调浆pH值5、活化剂用量100 g/t、抑制剂SNS用量2000 g/t、捕收剂用量700 g/t,可获得产率6.78%的脱泥尾矿,产率83.08%、Al_(2)O_(3)含量62.42%、S含量0.53%的铝精矿和产率10.14%、S含量38.04%的硫精矿。A desulfurization experimental study was conducted on a high-sulfur bauxite under coal in a certain area of Henan province.The average sulfur content of the ore is 5.15%,and the average A/S is 5.07;Its main useful minerals are diaspore and boehmite;Its gangue minerals are kaolinite,chlorite and illite,while the sulfur in the ore exists in the form of pyrite.In this study,the grinding fineness,flotation pulp pH,reagent dosage,predesliming and other experimental studies were carried out,and the optimal process conditions were obtained as follows:grinding fineness was-0.075 mm,accounting for 75%,predesliming and pulp conditioning pH was 5,activator dosage was 100 g/t,inhibitor SNS dosage was 2000 g/t,collector dosage was 700 g/t,deslimed tailings with a yield of 6.78%,aluminum concentrate with a yield of 83.08%,62.42%alumina content and 0.53%sulfur content,the sulfur concentrate with a yield of 10.14%and a sulfur content of 38.04%.
