摘  要:由于氢氧化铝焙烧炉烟气固有的高温、高压、高湿、高浓度等特点,常规静电除尘器难以满足铝工业烟气排放限值的要求。传统的纤维布袋除尘器或纤维布袋电袋复合除尘器虽然除尘效率高,但无法满足高温烟气的要求。本文根据氢氧化铝焙烧炉高温烟气的特点及电除尘器的应用现状,提出采用耐高温金属滤袋与原有电除尘器相结合的电袋复合除尘器,既有效地降低了除尘后系统烟气颗粒物的含量,达到超低排放标准,又回收了烟气中夹带的氧化铝,是稳定可靠的烟气治理技术。本文以某公司氢氧化铝焙烧炉为例,详细分析了电除尘器改耐高温烟气金属电袋复合除尘器的相关设计计算、流场分析以及应用效果。Due to the inherent characteristics of high temperature,high pressure,high humidity and high concentration in the flue gas of the aluminum hydroxide calciner,the conventional electrostatic precipitators are difficult to meet the requirements of the emission limits for flue gas in the aluminum industry.Although traditional fiber bag dust collectors or fiber bag electric bag composite dust collectors have high dust removal efficiency,they cannot meet the requirements of high-temperature flue gas.Based on the characteristics of high-temperature flue gas from aluminum hydroxide calciner and the current application status of electricstatic precipitators,this paper proposes to use an electric bag composite dust collector combined with high-temperature resistant metal filter bag and the original electrostatic precipitator,in order to effectively reduce the content of particulate matter in the flue gas after dust removal,achieve ultra-low emission standards,and recover alumina entrained in the flue gas.It is a stable and reliable flue gas treatment technology.This paper takes a company's aluminum hydroxide calciner as an example to analyze in detail the relevant design calculations,flow field analysis and application effects of replacing electric dust collectors with high-temperature flus gas resistant metal electric bag composite dust collectors.
