广西再生铝产业发展现状及对策

摘　　要：阐述了广西再生铝产业发展现状;重点分析了产业发展存在的废铝原料供应不稳定、企业竞争力不强、扶持产业发展力度有待加强等问题;借鉴了霍林郭勒、邹平市再生铝产业以及国内再生铝龙头企业发展经验;提出了广西要从建立健全废铝回收标准化体系、优化再生铝产业布局、整合壮大再生铝企业、支持再生铝进口、加强科技研发、强化政策保障等方面支持产业发展。This paper elaborated on the current development status of Guangxi's recycled aluminum industry;focused on analyzing problems of unstable supply of waste aluminum raw materials,weak corporate competitiveness and the need to strengthen support for industrial development.With reference to the development experience of Huolingol,Zouping's renewable aluminum industry and domestic leading renewable aluminum enterprises,it is proposed that Guangxi should support industrial development by establishing and improving a standardized system for waste aluminum recycling,optimizing the layout of the recycled aluminum industry,integrating and strengthening recycled aluminum enterprises,supporting the import of recycled aluminum,strengthening scientific and technological research and development and enhancing policy guarantees.
