摘  要:金属镁从发现到本世纪初已有二百多年历史,工业生产也有一百多年。其核心设备镁电解槽相继经历了简单的低电流效率有隔板槽,高电流效率的抚顺铝厂、内蒙光华镁厂、青海民和镁厂和遵义钛厂的无隔板镁电解槽,再至目前青海格尔木察尔汗盐湖地区引进挪威海德鲁的大型无隔板电解槽。它们的出现使镁电解工业达到了一个新水平和新高度。物料中碱式氯化镁对电解反应危害较大,本文将重点论述碱式氯化镁对电解反应的影响。Magnesium metal has a history of over 200 years from its discovery to the beginning of this century,and its industrial production has also been over 100 years.The magnesium reduction cell,as its core equipment,has gone through a series of simple low-current efficiency baffle cells,high-current efficiency baffleless magnesium reduction cells in Fushun Aluminum Plant,Inner Mongolia Guanghua Magnesium Plant,Qinghai Minhe Magnesium Plant and Zunyi Titanium Plant,until the large baffleless magnesium reduction cell imported from Norway to Golmud Qarhan Salt Lake region of Qinghai province.Their emergence has brought the magnesium electrolysis industry to a new level and height.The basic magnesium chloride in materials poses a significant threat to the electrolytic reaction.This paper will focus on the impact of basic magnesium chloride on electrolytic reactions.
