摘 要:本研究针对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系合金熔铸过程含Ti化合物聚集问题,通过锻件本体探伤缺陷分析、含Ti化合物聚集机理研究,结合PoDFA法离线测渣分析,探明了含Ti化合物聚集产生环节及产生机理。研究表明:含Ti化合物聚集为锻件产生探伤缺陷的主要原因之一,聚集产生的主要环节为在线除气过程,主要有三种聚集产生机制,即含Ti颗粒自发聚集、与氧化膜的伴生及氯化物的促进作用。并在此基础上给出了含Ti化合物聚集的控制措施,实现了该类化合物聚集的有效控制,进而显著提升了某类锻件的探伤合格率。This study was aimed at the agglomeration behaviours of Ti-containing compound in Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy during the melting and casting process,the detection and analysis of defects in forgings were carried out,the agglomeration mechanism of Ti-containing compound was studied,combined with the off-line analysis of inclusions by the method of PoDFA,the position where the Ti-containing compound congregated and the agglomeration mechanism were obtained.Study results show that the agglomeration of Ti-containing compound was one of the main reasons that caused the detection defects,the major agglomeration position was the in-line degassing process.There were three kinds of agglomeration mechanism,spontaneous agglomeration of Ti-containing particles,co-exist with oxide film and the facilitation of chloride.The control method of the agglomeration of Ti-containing compound was provided based on this,the phenomenon of agglomeration could be alleviated effectively,which resulted in a remarkable increase of the qualification rate of detection for certain kinds of forgings.
