公立医院一院多区规划建设问题与对策

摘　　要：近年来,许多高水平的公立医院纷纷发展了分院区,这种一院多区的模式被广泛认可为实现优质医疗资源扩容的有效途径。然而,在公立医院一院多区建设过程中,不可避免地面临着一系列问题。该文将对其中一些问题进行深入探讨,提供相应的对策,并介绍华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院金银湖院区在功能定位、一体化管理体系、跨部门协作机制、弱电智能化系统建设等方面的实践与创新,旨在为其他公立医院推进一院多区建设提供借鉴。In recent years,many high-level public hospitals have developed branch hospital districts,and this mode of multi-campus hospital has been widely recognized as an effective way to achieve the expansion of quality medical resources.However,a series of problems are inevitably faced during the construction of multi-campus hospital in public hospitals.This paper will discuss some of these problems in depth,provide corresponding countermeasures,and introduce the practices and innovations of Union Hospital Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology(Jinyinhu Campus) in the areas of functional positioning,integrated management system,cross-departmental collaboration mechanism,and the construction of weak electricity intelligent system,with the aim of providing reference and help for other public hospitals in promoting the construction of multi-campus hospital.
