摘　　要：硫酸镍在生产过程中,结晶工艺是关键的一步,对生产过程及产品的品质都有着极为重要的影响,因此,硫酸镍结晶习性对制备高品质的硫酸镍具有重要的应用价值。本文重点研究高酸度硫酸镍溶液的结晶习性,通过控制结晶介稳区宽度,进一步提高产品品质。During the production of nickel sulfate,crystallization process is a crucial step,which has an important impact on the production process and product quality.Therefore,the crystallization behavior of nickel sulfate has important application value for preparing high-quality nickel sulfate.This article focuses on the crystallization behavior of high acidity nickel sulfate solution,proposing to improve product quality by controlling the width of the metastable zone of crystallization.
