摘  要:镍阳极泥如何快速实现升温熔融,对解决后续熔体输送、过滤都非常关键,通过熔硫釜的应用及搅拌器的优化设计实现了镍阳极泥制备硫磺过程中熔融物的快速升温目标。同时通过伴管式沉降釜、保温夹套管线及保温旋塞阀的使用有效解决了液体硫磺储存及输送过程中的结晶问题,提升了硫磺生产工艺连续生产的能力。To quickly achieve the heating melting of nickel anode mud is very key to solve the subsequent melt transportation and filtration.Through the application of sulfur melting kettle and the optimization design of the stirer,the rapid heating target of molten material in the process of preparing sulfur preparation from nickel anode mud is realized.At the same time,through the use of pipe settlement kettle,insulation jacket pipeline and insulation plug valve,the crystallization problem of liquid sulfur storage and transportation process is effectively solved,and the continuous production capacity of sulfur production process is improved.
