含钙氯化锰溶液转型制备电池级硫酸锰溶液的工艺研究

摘  要:氯化铜锰液中由于铜、锰、锌、钻等有价金属含量极高,具有极大的资源化和价值化意义,当将其中的铜、钻、锌等金属深度回收后,得到含钙较高的氯化锰溶液,为进一步将该溶液转型为电池级硫酸锰溶液,本文分别对采用单一Cyanex272萃取和Cyanex272+P507协同萃取转型制备电池级硫酸锰溶液进行了试验研究,结果表明,在一定的工艺条件下,均可有效实现锰与钙的分离,制备出满足指标要求的电池级硫酸锰溶液,可作为下游三元电池行业生产的原料或结晶制备电池级硫酸锰晶体。Due to the extremely high content of valuable metals such as copper,manganese,zinc,and cobalt in the coppermanganese chloride solution,it has great significance for resource utilization and value development.In order to further transform the solution into a battery-grade manganese sulfate solution,this paper proposes to carry out experimental studies on the preparation of battery-grade manganese sulfate solution by single Cyanex272 extraction and Cyanex272+P507 synergistic extraction transformation respectively.The results show that:the separation of manganese and calcium can be effectively realized under certain process conditions,and a battery-grade manganese sulfate solution that meets index requirements can be prepared for using as raw material for the downstream ternary battery industry to produce the downstream ternary battery industry.
