摘　　要：本文所述C71500铸锭在感应式加热炉中加热,通过现状调查存在的问题,分析C71500铸锭未烧透和过烧的原因,研究设计并制定相应措施并实施。最终解决C71500铸锭因未烧透和过烧造成挤制品挤不动或爆管的生产难题,并应用于实际生产。C71500 ingot is heated in the inductive heating furnace.It's supposed to investigate the existing problems and analyze the reason for insufficient burning and over burning of C71500 ingot through current status,and research,design and implement corresponding measures.Finally,the production problems as hard extrusion of the extruded products and tube explosion are solved,and this method is applied to the actual production.
