摘　　要：中印边界自卫反击战期间,毛泽东等领导人应对国际舆论的决策是其政治军事战的重要组成部分,服务于以打促谈、和平解决中印边界问题的既定目标,为取得中印边界自卫反击战的胜利创造了有利的国际舆论环境。其中,始终坚持通过谈判解决中印边界冲突的政策引导了国际舆论走向,有理有力有节的外交宣传攻势壮大了支持中国的国际舆论声势,主动停火后撤的决策及实际行动扭转了国际舆论局势。中印边界自卫反击战期间毛泽东等领导人应对国际舆论的政治智慧和高超斗争艺术,对当今复杂国际环境下有效地开展国际舆论斗争、塑造客观公正的中国形象、坚决维护我国国家安全具有重大现实意义。During the Sino-Indian border self-defense counterattack,the decision-making of Mao Zedong and other leaders'collective leadership in response to international public opinions was an important part of political and military warfare,which obeyed and served the established goal of promoting talks and peacefully solving Sino-Indian border issues.It also provided a favorably international public opinion environment for the victory of Sino-Indian border self-defense counterattack.Among them,the policy of insisting on solving the border conflicts between China and India through peaceful negotiations guided the trend of international public opinions,the rational and powerful diplomatic offensive strengthened the momentum of international public opinions supporting China,the decision-making and practical actions of taking the initiative to cease fire and retreat reversed the international public opinions.During the Sino-Indian border self-defense counterattack,the political wisdom and superb fighting art of Mao Zedong and other leaders in response to international public opinion are of great practical significance for effectively carrying out international public opinion struggle,building an objective and fair image of China,and resolutely safeguarding China's national security in today's complex international environment.
