延安时期毛泽东榜样教育思想及其当代价值

摘　　要：榜样教育思想是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分。延安时期毛泽东在榜样选树上注重“立足时代,彰显民族精神”“淬炼党性,厚植服务意识”“无私奉献,践行价值追求”,更着重强调榜样教育应以“坚持正人先正己”“弘扬共产主义道德品质”“重视对榜样自身的教育”“善用反面典型进行警示教育”等为核心内容,并在革命实践中探索出行之有效的榜样教育方式方法,对新时代榜样选树与榜样教育具有重要的借鉴价值。The exemplary model education is an important component of Mao Zedong Thought.During the Yan'an period,Mao Zedong emphasized the criteria of selecting exemplary model based on time pace to demonstrate national spirit,to fulfll the CPC's responsibility with deep rooted service,and to unify the personal value with the social obligations.He also highlighted issues that exemplary model education should rectify oneself before correcting others,promote communist morality awareness,upbring the exemplary models themselves and make good use of negative examples for warnings.By exploring effective methods of exemplary model education in revolutionary practices,it has exerted important impact for exemplary setting and exemplary model education in the new era.
