摘  要:开孔泡沫铝是一种质轻、比强度高、吸能、吸声、电磁屏蔽性好的功能材料。通过渗流铸造法制备了NaCl填充颗粒尺寸为0.15~0.25 mm、0.25~0.60 mm和0.15~0.60 mm的3种孔径开孔泡沫铝,并进行了准静态压缩测试和驻波管吸声测试,获得了对应的应力-应变曲线和吸声系数曲线。结果表明,小孔径试样的压缩强度高于大孔径试样,开孔泡沫铝的吸声系数随厚度的增加而提高。无空腔时,开孔泡沫铝的吸声系数随声频率的升高而增大;厚度较小时,孔径对吸声系数的影响不大,厚度较大时,大孔径开孔泡沫铝吸声系数大于小孔径;存在空腔时,开孔泡沫铝的吸声系数普遍增大,且在一定频率区间内出现了峰值。Open-cell aluminum foam is a functional material with light weight,high specific strength,energy absorption,sound absorption,electromagnetic shielding and other performance characteristics.Three kinds of aperture open-cell foam aluminum with filled NaCl particle sizes of 0.15-0.25 mm,0.25-0.60 mm and 0.15-0.60 mm were prepared by seepage casting,and quasi-static compression tests and standing wave tube sound absorption tests were carried out,and the corresponding stress-strain curves and sound absorption coefficient curves were obtained.The results show that the compressive strength of open-cell aluminum foam increases with the increase of thickness.When there is no cavity,the sound absorption coefficient of open-cell foam aluminum increases with the increase of sound frequency.When the thickness is small,the aperture has little effect on the sound absorption coefficient,and when the thickness is large,the sound absorption coefficient of open-cell aluminum foam with large aperture is greater than that of small aperture.When there is a cavity,the sound absorption coefficient of open-cell foam aluminum generally increases,and peaks occur in a certain frequency range.
