摘 要:研究了不同Ti含量对质量分数为1.0%Si的无取向硅钢二次退火后铁损的影响。结果表明,随着Ti含量降低,二次退火前后铁损降低比例呈增加趋势,当Ti质量分数大于0.0012%时,铁损P1.5/50从4.531 W/kg降至3.807 W/kg,降低比例为15.97%,平均晶粒尺寸从23μm增加至40μm;而当Ti质量分数小于0.0012%时,铁损P1.5/50从4.328 W/kg降至3.444 W/kg,降低比例达20.43%,平均晶粒尺寸从28μm增加至56μm。The effects of different Ti contents on the iron loss of 1.0% Si non-oriented silicon steel after secondary annealing was studied.The results show that with the decrease of Ti content,the decrease of iron loss before and after secondary annealing shows an increasing trend.When the Ti content is more than 0.0012%,the iron loss Pl.5/5o decreases from 4.531 W/kg to 3.807 W/kg with a reduction of 15.97%,the average grain size increases from 23μm to 40μm;when the Ti content is less than 0.0012%,the iron loss P_(1.5/50) decreases from 4.328 w/kg to 3.444 W/kg with a reduction of 20.43%,and the average grain size increases from 28μm to 56μm。
