0.075%胆钙化醇防控高原鼠兔药效试验

摘　　要：本试验采用0.075%胆钙化醇饵粒进行高原鼠兔适口性和灭洞率的药效筛选试验。结果表明:0.075%胆钙化醇饵粒在投饵72 h后饵剂采食率达到90.90%,采食率较高,具有良好的适口性。三种剂量1200 g/hm^(2)、1800 g/hm^(2)、2400 g/hm^(2)在投饵后第7 d后平均灭洞率分别为76.73%、81.92%、80.78%,其防控效果良好,可以作为青海省天然草地高原鼠兔生物防控用药。In this experiment,0.075% cholecalciferol bait was used to screen the palatability and hole killing rate of plateau pika.The experiment showed that the feed intake rate of 0.075% cholecalciferol bait particles reached 90.90% after 72 hours of feeding,which was higher and had g0od palatability.After 7 days of 0.075% cholecalciferol bait doses were 1200 g/hm,1800 g/hm^(2)and 2400 g/hm^(2),the average hole killing rates were 76.73%,81.92% and 80.78%,which had good prevention effect and could be used as biological control medicine for plateau pika.
