摘　　要：数字创新时代背景下,与BIM技术相结合的工程造价类软件蓬勃发展,知名的造价软件有广联达GCCP造价软件、鲁班造价软件、新点造价软件、福莱一点通软件、斯维尔软件以及BIM5D咨询类软件等。在造价软件的支持下,企业可以运用大数据技术编辑、留存、建立符合自身管理水平和施工技术水平的工程造价指数指标信息数据库,帮助企业对比历史数据,对比政府公布数据指数和竞争企业的数据,找出管理和技术水平的不足,不断完善调整。本文通过调查法与经验总结法,研究了企业如何借助大数据技术和造价软件编制符合企业内部管理和施工水平的工程造价指数指标库,来记录不同类型工程的重要工程造价信息指数指标,通过合同信息台账的多个清单快速建立起拟建及新建工程的重要造价数据。Under the background of digital innovation era,engineering cost software combined with BIM technology is booming.The well-known engineering pricing software include Glodon pricing software,Luban pricing software,Epoint pricing software,Flyedt pricing software,Thsware pricing software and BIM5D consulting software.With the support of the engineering cost software,enterprises can use data technologies to edit,retain and establish a project cost index information database that conforms to their own management level and construction technology level,help enterprises to compare historical data,data index published by the government and data of competitive enterprises,and find out the shortcomings of management and technical level to constantly improve and adjust.By means of investigation and experience summary,the paper studies how enterprises use big data technology and engineering cost software to compile project cost index database in line with the internal management and construction level of enterprises to record important project cost information index of different types of projects,and quickly establish important cost data of proposed and new projects through multiple bills of quantities of contract information ledger.
