摘　　要：EPC项目具有工程量大、复杂性高的特点,传统的管理模式具有分离性,在EPC项目中的管理应用容易出现错漏现象。因此,为更好的完善EPC项目的管理流程,本文利用BIM技术的可视化、协调性、模拟性及共享性特征,设计BIM技术在EPC项目中的管理应用流程,通过实际EPC项目案例,分析BIM技术与EPC项目相结合的管理应用效果,为类似工程提供参考借鉴。EPC projects have the characteristics of large engineering amount and high complexity,and the traditional management mode is separable,which is prone to errors and omissions in the management application of EPC projects.Therefore,in order to better improve the management process of EPC projects,this paper uses the visualization,coordination,simulation and sharing characteristics of BIM technology to design the management application process of BIM technology in EPC projects,and analyzes the management application effect of the combination of BIM technology and EPC projects through actual EPC project cases,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
