摘　　要：商品房最普遍的建筑结构形式是钢筋混凝土结构,地下车库一般是1~2层,而主体结构主要分布在地下车库范围内,成5~6排矩形分布。主体结构和地下车库的沉降速度不同,为规避沉降差,设计方会在主体结构周圈设置一圈沉降后浇带,而主体结构之间的车库部分在地下仍是同一结构体系。为减少超长结构因伸缩不均匀沉降导致的裂缝发生,设计上会每隔40~50米布置一条温度后浇带,将地下车库结构拆分成多个面积相近的区块。后浇带可使结构受力状态发生变化,结构板处于悬臂受力状态,而两侧支承楼板的模板支架长期得不到拆除,影响正常使用,从而增加工程成本,并影响周转材料的存放和结构施工的交叉作业。系统归纳跳仓法施工技术,对后浇带施工质量提出合理措施,并试点应用、总结经验。The most common commercial building structure in practical engineering is reinforced concrete structure.The underground parking lot is generally 1-2 floors,and the main structure is mainly distributed in the underground garage,which is distributed in 5-6 rows of rectangles.From the structural analysis,the settlement speed of the main structure and the underground garage is different.In order to better avoid this settlement difference,the designer will set up a circle of settlement post-pouring belt around the main structure.The garage part between the main structures is still the same structural system underground.In order to reduce the occurrence of cracks caused by the uneven settlement of the ultra-long structure due to expansion and contraction,a temperature post-casting belt will be arranged every 40 to 50 meters in the design.The underground garage structure can be divided into multiple blocks of similar size.The post-casting belt can change the stress state of the structure,the structural plate is in the state of cantilever stress,and the formwork brackets supporting the floor slabs on both sides cannot be removed for a long time,which affects the normal use,thereby increasing the project cost and affecting the storage of turnover materials.and cross-work of structural construction.This paper systematically summarizes the construction technology scheme of"jumping warehouse method",puts forward more reasonable measures for the quality of post-casting belt construction,and apply it in the pilot project to summarize the application experience.
