探讨对血液透析室的护理人员进行零缺陷护理管理的效果

摘　　要：目的分析零缺陷护理管理应用到血液透析室护理人员护理管理中的价值。方法研究对象为2021年1月—2022年1月在赤峰市医院血透室工作的护理人员15名和血透室患者50例,予以常规护理管理,纳入对照组;2022年2月—2023年1月在本院血液透析室工作的护理人员15名和血透室患者50例,予以零缺陷护理管理,纳入研究组,对管理效果进行比较和分析。结果研究组医嘱不当、护理投诉发生率均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理质量(仪器准备、物品准备、护理安全质量、专业技能)评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者管理满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论零缺陷护理管理应用到血液透析室护理人员护理管理中价值较高,可减少护理管理缺陷事件,提升管理质量,可提升患者对管理的满意度。Objective To analyze the value of zero-defect nursing management applied to the nursing management of hemodialysis room nurses.Methods The research objects were 15 nursing staff and 50 patients in the hemodialysis room of Chifeng Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022.They were given routine nursing management and in⁃cluded in the control group.15 nursing staff and 50 patients in the hemodialysis room working in the hemodialysis room of our hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were given zero-defect nursing management and included in the research group.Compared and analyzed management effects.Results The incidence rates of improper medical or⁃ders and nursing complaints in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(P<0.05).The management quality(instrument preparation,item preparation,nursing safety qual⁃ity,professional skills)scores of the research group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Patient management satisfaction in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of zero-defect nursing management in the nursing management of hemodialysis room nurses has high value.It can reduce nursing management defect incidents,improve management quality,and improve patient satisfaction with managed patients.
