介入导管室医用耗材管理模式探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨和分析导管室医用耗材管理模式,旨在了解当前医用耗材管理存在的问题,并提出改进的建议。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月北京航天总医院影像科介入导管室管理人员6名并选择260例医用耗材,2021年1—12月行常规管理模式为常规组(130份),2022年1—12月采用介入导管室医用耗材集中管理模式为观察组(130份)。比较两组不同模式管理干预后的医用耗材质量评分以及医用耗材的库存管理效果。结果观察组扫码出库成功率、一次完成计费合格率显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出入库合格率、库房抽查合格率、盘点核对合格率显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组耗材入库准确、计费精准、高效快捷的满意度评分均显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过介入导管室医用耗材集中管理模式能够确保介入导管室内医用耗材管理质量和规范性,能够明显提高医用耗材的管理效率和质量,从而提升医疗设备的安全性和治疗效果。Objective To explore and analyze the management model of medical consumables in the cath lab,aiming to understand the existing problems in the current management of medical consumables and put forward suggestions for improvement.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,6 interventional catheter room managers in Imag⁃ing Department of Beijing Aerospace General Hospital were selected and 260 cases of medical consumables were se⁃lected.The routine management mode from January to December 2021 was routine group(130 cases),and the central⁃ized management mode of interventional catheter room medical consumables from January to December 2022 was ob⁃servation group(130 cases).The quality scores of medical consumables and the effect of inventory management of medical consumables were compared after two groups of different management modes.Results The success rate of code scanning out of the library and the pass rate of one-time billing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pass rate of in and out of warehouse,spot check of storage and inventory check in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of accurate storage,accurate charging,efficient and fast consumables in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cen⁃tralized management model of medical consumables in interventional cath labs can ensure the quality and standardiza⁃tion of medical consumables management in interventional cath labs,and can significantly improve the management efficiency and quality of medical consumables.Thereby improving the safety and therapeutic effect of medical equip⁃ment.
