摘　　要：在医疗决策支持的基础上,进行基于医疗管理的专家意见收集与验证,建立适合本地的规则并转化为医疗管理知识库。探索运用于医疗管理的临床决策支持系统功能设计,使其具有与临床业务、医疗管理业务高度融合、有效协助诊疗质量管理等特点,该尝试在医院取得了良好的应用效果,有助于提升医疗机构工作效率和医疗服务质量,一定程度上可改善该系统在医院应用中存在的问题。本文探讨医疗质量管理的实际运用中的具体问题,为解决医疗质量智慧化管理提供新思路。On the basis of medical decision support,collect and verify expert opinions based on medical manage⁃ment,establish local rules and transform them into a medical management knowledge base.Explore the functional de⁃sign of the clinical decision support system used in medical management,so that it can be highly integrated with clini⁃cal business and medical management business,and effectively assist in diagnosis and treatment quality management.This attempt has achieved good application results in hospitals,helping to improve the work efficiency and quality of medical services in medical institutions,and to a certain extent,it can improve the problems existing in the applica⁃tion of this system in hospitals.This article discusses specific issues in the practical application of medical quality management and provides new ideas for solving the intelligent management of medical quality.
