摘　　要：医院药品采购是医疗服务的重要组成部分,直接关系到患者的治疗效果和医院的经济状况。然而,当前医院药品采购面临着一系列问题和内部控制风险,这些问题可能会对医院产生严重的负面影响。本文探讨了医院药品采购面临的一系列可能会对医院的财务状况、患者安全和医疗服务质量产生负面影响的问题。同时,也详细分析了医院药品采购的内部控制风险,并提供了一些建议帮助医院应对这些内部控制风险。通过这些措施,医院可以提高药品采购及供应工作的合规性和稳定性,为患者提供更安全、高效的医疗服务。Hospital drug procurement is an important part of medical services and is directly related to the treatment effect of patients and the economic status of the hospital.However,current hospital drug procurement faces a series of problems and internal control risks that may have a serious negative impact on hospitals.This article explores a range of issues facing hospital drug procurement that may have a negative impact on a hospital's financial health,patient safety,and quality of care.At the same time,the article also analyzes in detail the internal control risks of hospital drug procurement and provides some suggestions to help hospitals address these internal control risks.Through these measures,hospitals can improve the compliance and stability of drug procurement and supply,and provide patients with safer and more efficient medical services.
