乡村振兴背景下农村供销社管理平台研究

摘　　要：近年来,供销社“重启”引发热议,因其悠久的历史及特殊的组织性质,成为国家大力支持发展的事业之一。但基层供销社仍存在信息化管理水平低、市场需求信息不对称、商品流通效率较低等问题,同时,消费者对供销社的服务也提出了更高的要求。基于此,文中从乡村振兴背景出发,围绕农户、采购商、村供销社、镇供销社等角色,通过构造农村供销社管理平台,搭建网上供销社商城和供销社管理系统,设计面向用户端与管理端的对应功能,以提高基层供销社的经营效率和信息化管理水平,推动农村供销社数字化转型,服务“三农”,助力乡村振兴。In recent years,the“restart”of supply and marketing cooperatives has aroused heated discussion.Because of its long history and special organizational nature,the supply and marketing cooperative has become one of the undertakings of which the state strongly supports the development.However,there are still some problems in grass-roots supply and marketing cooperatives,such as low information management level,asymmetric market demand information and low commodity circulation efficiency.At the same time,consumers also put forward higher requirements for the services of supply and marketing cooperatives.Based on this,starting from the background of rural revitalization,focusing on the roles of farmers,buyers,village supply and marketing cooperatives,town supply and marketing cooperatives,through constructing the management platform of rural supply and marketing cooperatives,building the online supply and marketing cooperatives mall and supply and marketing cooperatives management system,and designing the corresponding functions for users and management terminals,the operating efficiency and information management level of grass-roots supply and marketing cooperatives are improved,and the digital transformation of rural supply and marketing cooperatives is promoted,thus serving“agriculture,countryside and farmers”and helping rural revitalization.
