摘　　要：全媒体时代短视频成为了图书馆创新服务的新阵地。文章在专家深度交流的基础上,从视频发布、用户互动和粉丝覆盖三个角度,构建了图书馆短视频网络影响力指数模型,并利用德尔菲法和熵值法,对各级指标进行赋权,提出图书馆短视频网络影响力指数计算公式。以抖音平台为例,对28家省级及以上公共图书馆的短视频网络影响力进行实证研究,结果显示目前我国开展短视频服务的公共图书馆大致可分为四大集团阵营,其中广东省立中山图书馆的短视频服务最为出色。公共图书馆短视频网络影响力存在较大的差异性,总体影响力偏低。建议从重视对高影响力短视频的分析,合理使用抖音热门元素及推广功能,紧跟时事热点与爆点事件,利用名人效应、加强合作互推四个方面提升公共图书馆短视频网络影响力。In the all-media era,short video has become a new position of library innovation service.On the basis of in-depth communication among experts,the paper constructs a library short video network influence index model from the perspectives of video release,user interaction and fan coverage,and then puts forward the calculation formula of library short video network influence index using Delphi method and entropy method to confirm the percent-age of indicators at all levels.Taking Douyin platform as an example,the empirical study on the short video network influence of 28 provincial and above public libraries shows that the public libraries that carry out short video service in China can be roughly divided into four groups,among which the short video service of Sun Yat-sen Library of Guang-dong Province is the best.There are great differences in the influence of short video network in public libraries,and the overall influence is low.It is suggested to pay attention to the analysis of high-impact short video,rationally use the hot elements and promotion functions of Douyin,keep up with the hot and explosive events,make use of celebrity effect,and strengthen cooperation and mutual promotion to enhance the influence of short video network of public li-braries.
