摘　　要：在当前建设青年发展型城市背景下,结合图书馆多元化服务发展,建设高质量的文化志愿者队伍具有现实性与紧迫性。以佛山市图书馆文化志愿者服务队为研究对象,探讨其建设与管理模式、服务与创新做法,总结其经验、成效、问题,提出可行性建议,以期为青年发展型城市建设提供有益探索与建议,为图书馆文化志愿服务发展提供借鉴与思路。Under the background of building a youth development-oriented city,it is realistic and urgent to build a high-quality cultural volunteer team combined with the diversified service development of libraries.Taking Foshan Library’s culture volunteer service as the research object,the paper discusses the construction and manage-ment mode as well as service and innovation,summarizes the experience,results and problems,and puts forward fea-sibility suggestions in order to provide beneficial exploration and suggestions for youth development city construction,as well as reference and train of thought for the development of library culture volunteer service.
