摘 要:高校图书馆开展基于ChatGPT的服务是人工智能时代实现学术图书馆可持续发展的重要举措。研究美国高校图书馆开展ChatGPT服务的实践经验可为国内高校图书馆学习和实践提供参考依据。以美国高水平大学图书馆为研究对象,通过文献调研、网络调研和案例分析法,对样本馆开展ChatGPT的服务机构、服务内容、服务类型进行调研,对其先进经验进行总结分析。为提升国内高校图书馆开展ChatGPT服务水平提出优化策略:开展馆内外多方合作,建设生成式人工智能工具服务专栏,培养专业服务馆员队伍,设计针对不同主体需求的个性化服务。The development of ChatGPT services in university libraries is an important initiative to achieve sustainable development of academic libraries in the era of artificial intelligence.Studying the practical experience of ChatGPT services in U.S.university libraries can provide a reference basis for domestic university libraries to study and practice.The article,taking high-level university libraries in the U.S.as the research object,investigates the service organizations,service contents and service types of ChatGPT carried out by the sample libraries,and then summarizes and analyzes their advanced experience through literature research,network research and case study method.Optimization strategies are proposed to improve the level of ChatGPT services carried out by domestic univer-sity libraries:carrying out multi-party cooperation inside and outside the library,building a service column for the use of generative AI tools,training a team of professional service librarians and designing personalized services for the needs of different subjects.
