摘  要:以10份不同的沿阶草族种质为试验材料,设4个低温处理水平(5℃、0℃、−5℃和−10℃),以20℃为对照,综合比较了10份沿阶草族种质的抗寒性。结果表明:可溶性蛋白与超氧化物歧化酶呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)、过氧化氢酶与可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖呈显著正相关(P<0.05)、丙二醛与过氧化物酶呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。随着低温胁迫加剧,10份沿阶草族种质相对电导率、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性逐渐上升,温度越低上升幅度越大,基本在−10℃达到最大值。游离脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性、丙二醛和叶绿素含量呈先上升后降低。隶属函数法综合分析显示,10份沿阶草族种质的抗寒性强弱依次为沿阶草(文县)>禾叶山麦冬(天水)>沿阶草(康县)>短药沿阶草(武都)>玉龙草>金边麦冬>麦冬(武都)>沿阶草(河南)>山麦冬(文县)>沿阶草(武都)。其中沿阶草(文县)、禾叶山麦冬(天水)和沿阶草(康县)3份种质抗寒性强,更适合在兰州地区栽培利用。Ten Ophiopogoneae germplasms were subjected to four levels of low temperature stress(5℃,0℃,−5℃and−10℃)in an artificial climate incubator,with a control group at 20℃.The results showed a significant positive correlation between soluble protein content in Ophiopogoneae and superoxide dismutase activity(P<0.01),while catalase activity showed a significant positive correlation with the contents of soluble protein and soluble sugar(P<0.05).Malondialdehyde content and peroxidase activity exhibited a significant negative correlation(P<0.05).With the increase in low temperature stress,the relative electrical conductivity,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content and superoxide dismutase activity of 10 Ophiopogoneae germplasms gradually increased,with a more pronounced increase at lower temperatures,reaching the maximum value at−10℃.Free proline content,peroxidase activity,catalase activity,malondialdehyde content and chlorophyll content increased initially and then decreased.The membership function analysis revealed the cold resistance ranking of the 10 Ophiopogoneae germplasms as follows:Ophiopogon bodinieri(Wenxian)>Liriope graminifolia(Tianshui)>O.bodinieri(Kangxian)>O.angustifoliatus(Wudu)>O.japonicus>L.spicata>O.japonicus(Wudu)>O.bodinieri(Henan)>L.spicata(Wenxian)>O.bodinieri(Wudu).Among them,O.bodinieri(Wenxian),L.graminifolia(Tianshui),and O.bodinieri(Kangxian)exhibited strong cold resistance and are more suitable for cultivation and utilization in the Lanzhou area.
