摘  要:低温是影响牧草生长发育、降低牧草产量和品质的主要非生物胁迫之一。在长期环境适应过程中,牧草进化出多种机制来响应和适应低温胁迫。本文从形态结构层面、生理生化层面以及分子层面等三个层面,综述牧草应对低温胁迫的相关研究,解析牧草应对低温胁迫的机制,以期为牧草低温应对机制研究和耐寒/冻牧草新品种选育提供参考。Low temperature stress is one of the main abiotic stresses that affect the growth and development of forage and reduce the yield and quality of forage grass.In the process of long-term environmental adaptation,forage grass has evolved a variety of mechanisms to respond and adapt to low temperature stress.From the evolution of morphological structure aspects,physiological and biochemistry aspects,and the molecular aspects,this paper summarized the related researches on the mechanisms of low temperature stress in various forage grass,and analyzed the mechanism of forage grass to cope with low temperature stress,in order to provide a reference for the study of low temperature response mechanisms of forage grass and the breeding of cold/freezing-resistant forage varieties.
